The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Payment shall be made by a credit card, or via PayPal Express Checkout, or via Google Checkout. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Bison Strength Equipment uses USPS for all of its shipping within the United States. Bison Strength Equipment is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond USPS's control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters. Please feel free to order the product while it is indicated as "Back Ordered", but keep in mind that we will not deliver within typical shipping time-frames, nor can we set expectations of delivery time-frames, at time of order.

Payment of all items purchased via this store is credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout only. Credit cards accepted only the ones indicated at the checkout page. Currently, Canadian customers may only make purchases using PayPal Express Checkout and Google Checkout.

Customers may return Bison-1 exercisers within 30 days of receiving the item(s) for any reason – no questions asked, for a full refund minus the shipping fee. Customer must pay for return shipping. The return will only be accepted if the item is shipped back in the original retail packaging with all the literature inside. All Bison Strength Equipment Bison-1 forearm strength training equipment are supplied with a limited 18 month (1.5 years) Standard Warranty which covers material and workmanship defects. These warranties do not cover the following:

• Parts requiring replacement due to improper installation, misuse, poor site conditions, etc.
• Damage by lightning, fire, or other forces of nature – “Act of God”
• Physical damage to the external & internal parts.
• Products that have been altered, or defaced.
• Water damage for units that were not sealed or mounted according to user manual.
• Usage other than in accordance with instructions and the normal intended use.

Do not return any products until you receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service. Products received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender.

Warranty Repairs

All returns must have a valid RMA number written clearly on the outside of the box. Without an RMA number the shipment will be refused. For customers located in United States and Canada, customer pays all shipping charges incurred to ship the product to Bison Strength Equipment. Bison Strength Equipment pays shipping charges to return the product to the original purchaser. For all other countries, the original purchaser shall pay all shipping, broker fees, duties and taxes incurred in shipping products to and from Bison Strength Equipment. Provided the goods have not been modified or repair attempted by someone other than Bison Strength Equipment, at the option of Bison Strength Equipment, products may be returned either as repaired or replaced.

Only the Lifetime Warranty is covered by Bison Strength Equipment; the regular warranty coverage will be provided by Proform Fitness.

Refurbishing Fees

Any product returned that requires refurbishing, is damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging protection, or that has not been returned without original packing materials will be subject to a refurbishing fee determined at the time of return by the Customer Service Dept.

Out-of-Warranty Service

Out-of-warranty repairs require minimum charges for test and repair services. Additional charges may be imposed for extensive repairs. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The repaired unit will have a 90-day warranty from date of return. Please contact our Customer Service for further details on Out-of-Warranty Service.

Bison Strength Equipment Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process

5. We will review and document the problem. If an RMA is necessary, we will E-mail an "RMA Pre-Authorization" form to the you, which contains all pertinent information about the product, warranty coverage, and the description of the problem.
6. Please review the pre-authorization form for accuracy, and then reply back to the e-mail with the pre-authorization form confirming the accuracy. If any change is needed, reply with the change.
7. Bison Strength Equipment will E-mail your RMA number and shipping instructions.
8. Returned products must be shipped in original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.
9. The returned unit will be tested and repaired to conform to current standard factory criteria.
10. You will be contacted if repair charges are required for units within the warranty period, or for non-warranty units requiring extensive repairs.

Shipping and Damage Claims

All shipping damage claims are the responsibility of the purchaser. Inspect each shipment upon delivery and IMMEDIATELY report all damage, to the carrier. There may be time limits and inspections may be required.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS THE ONLY LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY AUTHORIZED BY BISON STRENGTH EQUIPMENT FOR BISON-1. BISON STRENGTH EQUIPMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL WARRANTY ON PARTICULAR EXERCISERS, IF ANY KIND OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS SUSPECTED. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY COVERS THE DAMAGE TO THE PARTS OF THE EXERCISER THAT MAKE IT UNUSABLE FOR ITS MAIN PURPOSE; COSMETIC AND OTHER OUTTER SURFACE DAMAGE, NOT PREVENTING THE EQUIPMENT FROM PROPER OPERATION DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR THE COVERAGE. ALL WARRANTY RELATED QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA E-MAIL.

Bison Strength Equipment Lifetime Limited Warranty

If the Bison-1 purchase did not include the Lifetime Limited Warranty, but you wish to purchase it upon the unit’s arrival, you may contact our Customer Service within seven days of receiving the product and submit a separate purchase order for the Lifetime Limited Warranty.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty can only be purchased at the time of the equipment purchase, or within seven days of its arrival.

The coverage terms for the Lifetime Limited Warranty are the same as for the Standard Limited Warranty described above. Upon the purchase of the Lifetime Limited Warranty you will receive the Bison Strength Equipment Lifetime Limited Warranty Certificate. The Certificate number must be used for RMA Number Request.

Coupon codes acquired on E-bay or via the Friend Referral program cannot be used with any other offer or during the sale period.

All promotional offers and coupons can only be redeemed on this site during the checkout or by contacting our Customer Service.
