The Bison Forearm Strength Training Complexes are targeted at users beginning to train with Bison-1. For maximum effect strictly follow the 15-second breaks, which make workouts more powerful and effective due to lack of complete muscle recovery from the previous exercise. Such breaks combined with intense 25 rep-sets are the key to reaching the five to seven times more effective workouts compared to other alternatives. Although, the future more advanced workouts are even more effective, it is essential to go through all the beginner complexes in order to prepare the forearm muscles for the dramatically increased load of the advanced workouts.
