The third complex of Bison-1 strength workout series presented by Vasiliy Fomichev, Bison Strength Equipment, LLC - Rotating wrists. The workout should be repeated daily for two weeks, with one set per exercise, and 25 repetitions per set. The purpose is the general forearm strength development in forearms.

The Bison Forearm Strength Training Complexes are targeted at users beginning to train with Bison-1. For maximum effect strictly follow the 15 second breaks, which make workouts more powerful and effective due to lack of muscle recovery from the previous exercise. Such breaks with intense 25 rep-sets are the key to reach the five to seven times more effective workouts compared to other alternatives.
